RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Items may be returned up to 30 days after the shipping date. Please fill out the 'Return Note' on the reverse of the 'Packing Slip' which should be enclosed with your order. An address label is also provided on the Packing Slip for you to use.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (with all tags still attached). If possible, please use the original packaging. And please remember to include the completed 'Returns Note' or a photocopy of it.
- DAMAGED ITEM – Should one or more items be damaged upon receipt, please send us two or more photos of the damage via email to email@example.com and we will immediately send a replacement at no extra cost. If another item isn't in stock, a full refund (including shipping costs) will be offered. There is no need to return the damaged item.
- SHIPPING ERROR – Should you receive an item or size that is different from the one you ordered, please return it to us (unworn and with tags still attached) along with this completed 'Returns Note' using a 'signed for' postal service.
On receipt of your returned item we will provide the correct item; however, if the item is no longer available, we will offer you a full refund (including shipping costs).
In addition, and to make up for any inconvenience caused by the shipping error, we will provide you with a discount voucher code towards a future purchase.
- EXCHANGE REQUEST – Should you need to exchange an item for a different type or size, please return it to us (unworn and with tags still attached) within 30 days of the shipping date, along with your completed 'Returns Note' using a 'signed for' postal service.
On receipt of your returned item we will provide your chosen alternative (item / size); however, if your chosen alternative is not available, we will offer you a refund (minus shipping costs).
- REFUND REQUEST – If, within 30 days of shipping, you decide not to keep an item, please return it to us (unworn and with tags still attached) along with your completed 'Returns Note' using a 'signed for' postal service.
On receipt of your returned item we will provide you with a refund (minus shipping costs).
If you are returning items worth over £50, please purchase additional shipping cover / insurance.
Items purchased through a retail store (rather than our online shop) should be returned to the same store.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- A returned item is not in its original condition (worn, damaged or missing tags).
- An item is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, please first contact your bank or credit card company. There may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
